  • HOW WE DO IT

    Within our agreement we plan our resources and timing for each project and maintain a relationship that ensures project delivery. This includes Architects, Designers, CAD Operators, Admin and special skills team personnel. At the onset of a project we create a project schedule with projected milestones and approvals check points. This ensures scope of the job and delivery requirements. The roles and responsibilities of 2RKS are twofold: first to design and document the project to fulfil client requirements and secondly to manage and administer, as well as to communicate and manage the interaction with the client, builder, Statutory Authorities and Services Consultants. Project management extends this notion to manage the builder, contractors and third-party consultants developing construction.
